New Client Credit Card Policy
New clients must provide a valid credit card to secure their appointment. Cancellation and No Show/No Call policies apply.

Waiting List Policy
If I don’t have an appointment availability that is convenient for you, please request to be put on my waiting list. I will call you as cancellations develop to try to schedule an appointment. The waiting list will be first come, first served.

Cancellation Policy
Notify me 24 hours in advance or find someone to take your appointment if you’re within the 24 hour window. First late cancellation will be 50% of the regular fee for your scheduled appointment. Any further late cancellations will be 100% of the regular fee and you must pre-pay (non-refundable) all future appointments.

No Show/No Call Policy
If you no show and don’t call before your scheduled appointment, first offense will be 50% of the regular fee for your scheduled appointment. Second offense will be 100% of the regular fee for your scheduled appointment and you must pre-pay (non-refundable) all future appointments. Third offense will be 100% of the regular fee and you will no longer be accepted as a client at Harvest Moon Massage Therapy.

Late Arrival Policy
Less than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you will be seen. Appointment may or may not be cut short depending on pre-existing scheduled appointments. Full appointment fees will be due regardless. 15 minutes late or more and you will be asked to reschedule. Late Cancellation and/or No Show fees will apply.

Inclement Weather Policy
I will make every effort to complete our appointment as scheduled, but in times of severe weather I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. I will call you to notify you of my intent to reschedule your appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are only available for current clientele who have been seen within the last calendar year.
Gift certificates will be delivered via email that can be printed and will no longer be physically available in the office OR a credit can be applied to the recipient’s account.

Gift Certificate Cancellation Policy
If you are holding an unredeemed, unexpired gift certificate and no show or fail to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the gift certificate will be forfeit.
If you are holding an unredeemed, unexpired gift certificate and reschedule your appointment more than three times, the gift certificate will be forfeit.

  1. I have a 81 year old mother who moves slowly and lives in SE Decatur. I would like to give her a package of massage services for her birthday. SHe has had massage before but only at my home.

    Is this something you can help me out with? Is she the type of client you can handle?
