Just in case you haven’t heard yet, we are moving! Finally! Yay!!!
Move-in date is February 1st, 2014. Don’t worry if you have an upcoming appointment. I will let you know where you’re supposed to be in your reminder texts and emails.
New Location: 1900 Flint Road SE, Decatur, AL, it’s behind and across the street from Wiley’s Outdoor Sports just down the street from Chel’Den’s.
Current status of new location: We are still waiting on the Certificate of Occupancy from the City which is waiting on the landlord to produce a HandiRamp at the rear entrance, painting is ongoing, trades are in process for new lobby furniture, and lots of decorating decisions and activity are in progress right now. Here’s more information from my last newsletter.
We are so excited about the new location we can hardly stand ourselves. That being said we have one more office available for rent in the building. We are looking for anyone needing office space that is quiet and doesn’t raise a stench in their day-to-day operations. For full details on size and cost, please contact me at 256 603-4596.
The only unfortunate thing about the new office is the massive increase in rental costs. My goal is to keep costs level as we make the transition and begin offering expanded services. It really would help if you could spread the word about the available office space though. The sooner we get that occupied the greater the chance we’ll be able to retain our reasonable rates. I really don’t want to raise rates so get out there and spread the word!
I can’t wait to show you around the new place. You’re not going to believe how beautiful and relaxing it is. We plan on doing some sort of party so keep your eyes peeled for the invitation or just go ahead and make an appointment for February!
