Hi there – I’m always looking around for decent blogs and sites associated with massage therapy and wellness in general. The chiropractor I see locally here uses a method called Active Release Technique and it has really helped especially when I mix that with massage therapy. It’s difficult to find an effective clinic – how do you evaluate who is decent and who isn’t? Other than patient reviews and such – would be nice to get a checklist or something like that to save lots of time with bad providers. Thanks for your time.

Jessica, Yes the convention has been canceled due to continuing power outages in the Decatur area. It will be rescheduled and I’ll put info here as soon as I know it.

I wish I taught AOBT. Maybe some day. I took my beginners class in Birmingham, AL from Mary-Claire Fredette. She is from Cincinnati though. There is not a certified AOBT instructor in Alabama. The closest is going to be Pilar Hook in Florida, Mary-Claire in Cincinnati, or Jeni Spring in San Antonio.
